I have over 15 years of real world experience that allows me to make real recommendations that will make a positive difference for your company. I am the one recommending solutions and also the one implementing the solution so there is always clear communication. I sell only solutions and services, not a product line. I work with you in a consulting capacity when suggesting products and applications that I know work. I am serious about your satisfaction and will guarantee it. If you are not happy for any reason and I have done everything possible then there is no charge. Ask any other computer company if they can make that kind of guarantee without any regard to how many hours they have spent on the project.

• Consultants will keep the client informed of any matters relating to the contract even if the information is unfavorable, or may jeopardize the contract.
• Consultants will safeguard any confidential information or documents entrusted to them and not divulge any confidential information without the consent of the client.
• Consultants will not take advantage of proprietary information obtained from the client.
• Consultants will not engage in contracts that are in violation of the law or that might reasonably be used by client to violate the law.
• ICCA member firms, their principals and employees will uphold the principles of the ICCA and not commit acts discreditable to the ICCA.
